GXT⁺ Warranty Registration

Welcome to the official warranty registration portal for the GXT⁺ Drive System.

Registering your system is quick and ensures you receive the full benefits of your warranty, including technical support and repair or replacement coverage where applicable. Every GXT⁺ system includes a standard warranty from the date of purchase.

Important:
To qualify for the full 24-month warranty, registration must be completed within 30 days of purchase. If registration is not completed within this period, coverage will be limited to 12 months.

You can also extend your coverage to 36 months if you’ve purchased an extended warranty. Proof of purchase is required for any extended plan.

During registration, you’ll need to upload:
- A valid purchase receipt or invoice
- Clear photos of the installed drive system, including:
1. Motor (front of the trike)
2. Battery (rear of the trike)
3. Cable connections and management (under the seat and along the boom)

This helps us verify your setup and support you effectively.
