These Terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from GRIDE Solutions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not place an order or use our website.

Pre-Orders
Placing a pre-order on our website secures your product at the listed price. This deposit is refundable until the order is locked for manufacturing. Once locked, we will begin the manufacturing process, and estimated delivery is typically 10-12 weeks from the order lock date.
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it is locked without penalty. After your order is locked, cancellations may incur a small fee. If you change your mind after receiving the product, we offer a 14-day return period from delivery, provided the product is unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Prices for UK and European customers are inclusive of taxes (20% VAT). For customers outside these regions, taxes and duties may apply upon delivery. You can use our tax calculator during checkout for an estimate of the total price, including taxes and duties.
Manufacturing time is typically 10-12 weeks, depending on your region. While we aim to deliver within these timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as supplier issues or customs delays.
Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product. To exercise this right, please notify us via email or using our online contact form. You must return the product to us within 14 days after notifying us. The product must be in unused and original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once the product is returned and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Refunds will be issued excluding the delivery charges unless the product is faulty.
Products that are custom-made, personalised, or have been used or damaged are not eligible for return.
Warranties and Repairs
All products come with a warranty period of 24 months on the motor and 12 months on the battery. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use but excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repairs.
We offer extended warranties for both the motor and battery, available for up to 48 months. Extended warranties can be selected at the time of purchase and must be chosen during the checkout process.
To activate your warranty, you must complete the post-installation check via our warranty registration system, which requires submitting photos of the installed product. Once your warranty is verified, the warranty period will commence from the date of delivery.
The warranty does not cover commercial use, including deliveries or taxi services. It also does not cover cosmetic or surface damage not affecting the function of the product, failure to follow installation, maintenance, or usage instructions, or accidental damage or damage caused by third-party modifications.
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a goodwill warranty for most products, which extends beyond your legal rights. This warranty applies to products purchased directly from us or from an authorised dealer and is valid for up to 48 months, covering defects in materials or workmanship.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. For international orders, the customer is responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or customs charges upon delivery.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days, but delivery times may vary depending on product availability and your location. Pre-orders will have an estimated delivery window provided on the product page.
If your delivery is delayed due to an external event (e.g., strikes, supply chain issues), we will inform you as soon as possible. You have the right to cancel your order if the delay is substantial.
Taxes and Duties
UK and Europe prices include VAT at 20%. If you are located in a region with different VAT rates, the applicable rate will be calculated during checkout.
For international customers outside the UK and Europe, local taxes and import duties are not included in the price and will be charged upon delivery. You can use our tax calculator at checkout for an estimate of the final cost.
Payment
We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are securely processed through an encrypted system.
While all prices on our website are listed in GBP (£), customers from outside the UK will be billed in their local currency (such as USD, EUR, etc.), based on the current exchange rate at the time of checkout. Your bank or payment provider may charge a conversion fee, which is beyond our control.
Please note that any applicable taxes or duties for international customers are not included in the product price and will be calculated during checkout. These will be billed separately by the courier or your local customs office.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, except for claims involving death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
