Welcome to the official warranty registration portal for the GXT+ E-Trike Drive System.

Registering your system is quick and easy — and ensures you receive the full benefits of your warranty, including technical support and repair/replacement coverage where applicable. Every GXT+ system includes a standard 24-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Important:
To qualify for the full 24-month warranty, registration must be completed within 30 days of purchase. If registration is not completed within this window, warranty coverage will be limited to 12 months from the purchase date.

You can also choose to extend your coverage to 36 or 48 months if you’ve purchased a warranty extension. Proof of purchase is required for extended coverage.

During registration, you’ll be asked to upload:
- A valid purchase receipt or invoice
- Clear photos of the installed drive system, including:
1. Motor (front of the trike)
2. Battery mount (rear of the trike)
3. Cable and controller connections (under the seat)

This helps us verify your system setup and support you effectively if warranty service is
ever required.
